The Senior Associate, Life Pricing, will play a key role in the supporting the Life Pricing team on the production and interpretation of pricing results in support of life and annuity reinsurance transactions.
This role will be based in our Nashville, TN office on a hybrid schedule.
What You Will Do:
- Set up pricing models, analyze results, and produce sensitivities.
- Iterate on reinsurance structures and treaty terms to optimize solutions for counterparties.
- Communicate pricing results and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Follow applicable governance and pricing standards.
- Support the continuous development and enhancement of pricing methods.
What You Will Have:
- Qualified or near qualified Associate or Institute of Actuaries (or equivalent) with minimum of 3 years’ experience in pricing and within the life re/insurance industry.
- Strong modeling and technical skills (Excel modeling skills required; general actuarial modeling experience is a plus).
The ideal candidate will:

- Be a strategic thinker able to analyze and solve complex problems.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
