This role will be participated in analyzing, designing, and assisting of SAP FPSL solutions with focus on end-to-end processes, supporting all relevant business requirements and system architecture to fulfill Fortitude-re needs. The position will create various reports, functional and technical documentation. This role will be aligned to our Jersey City office on a hybrid basis. 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide support for FSPL application after implementation, including daily support, error handling, additional configuration, reconciliation, problem identification, reporting, tracking analysis and resolution.

  • Provide support in the architecture of SAP FPSL, BTP, ABAP and all other Accelerators at the implementation phase and further support after the implementation.

  • Lead & design and implement of other Data integrations or other tools into SAP FPSL as we acquire into the company.

  • Thorough understanding of SAP basis and Security roles related to FPSL / GL, able to support user creations, roles assignment and so on.

  • Should be independently test the solution provided.

  • Perform initial setup, prototype, configuration, and testing to support the design sessions and to fulfill future business requirements after the implementation.

  • Design and document the required configurations for SAP FPSL/GL as per the blueprint, including documenting test results, and support go-live efforts.

  • Recommend best practices for configuring SAP FPSL/GL considering the overall architecture to achieve integration, high performance, and stability.

  • Work closely with end users to design the proper SAP FPSL/GL solution(s) to support defined business processes and business requirements.

  • Actively participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions to enable end users to understand SAP FPSL/GL.

What You Will Have:

  • Minimum 8+ Years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling.

  • At least 1 E2E SAP FPSL Implementations.

  • Strong experience in FPSL.

  • AWS (Amazon Workspaces), python, interface knowledge is a plus.

  • Understanding the FPSL security roles and basis activities related FPSL is a strong plus.

  • Able to address technical and functional issues.

  • Design and document the required configurations for SAP FPSL/GL as per the blueprint, including documenting test results, and support go-live efforts.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Possess critical thinking skills with an ability to research and solve complex problems or questions and ability to clearly communicate with internal/external team members regarding issues and deliverables.

  • Knowledge of SAP best practices and standardized business processes.

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.

$160,000$215,000 USD
