About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate temporary Office Manager to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing employee experiences, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting various engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to improving the workplace. Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities to ensure a functional, efficient, safe, and desirable working environment, managing office operations and budget, and demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.

This position is for 6+ months and requires you to work 4-5 days a week from our Tel Aviv office, 09:00-18:00.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering and stocking supplies and creating an organized storage system, managing a cleaning team, maintenance and parking.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and conduct daily site walks to identify and implement office improvements.
  • Support with reviewing office feedback surveys and managing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with executing activities, events, HH, Meetups and cultural initiatives, etc.
  • Procurement and budget support according to the company’s procedures.
  • Assist and support conference rooms calendars.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an  Office manager, preferably at a hi-tech company in Tel Aviv.
  • Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure global environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • End-to-end ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service mentality.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
