What you'll be doing: 

Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will take charge of end-to-end product design decisions, crafting solutions and experiences that both our users love and that makes sense for our business. You’ll be challenged to deliver solutions across our portfolio of enterprise features in a complex and unique problem space. You’ll also make sure that our users benefit from your design decisions backed by research and strategy. Be ready to make an outsized impact on our product success, as we run towards our vision.   

  • Collaborate within our product development team and with other stakeholders to create delightful user experiences and products. 
  • Lead the design function within the end-to-end product development cycle from discovery, through to execution, validation, and delivery of design solutions. 
  • Work blazing fast, iterating through research, wireframes, high fidelity designs, prototypes, testing; and work a little slower, ensuring holistic design thinking is applied. 
  • Conduct user testing, leverage usage analytics, and consistently evaluate the effectiveness of design choices. 
  • Consistently consider what success looks like, aligning goals with success metrics. 
  • Steer the design conversation with leadership and external stakeholders, presenting design ideas and articulating rationale around design choices. 
  • Leverage Figma to build on Forma.ai’s design system, brand guidelines, standards, pattern libraries. 
  • Identify opportunities for product and feature enhancements. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer preferences, market conditions, regulations, and standards (i.e. Accessibility). 

What We’re Looking for:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX design, or related design role working across an entire product development lifecycle . 
  • A self-motivated creative with a positive attitude, open mind, a passion for design, and the project management skills to collaboratively solve complex problems in a timely manner. 
  • An intuitive aesthetic sense paired with fundamental design strategy and knowledge, to create beautiful, elegant, and valuable user experiences. 
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user feedback and research. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in interpreting user feedback and for effectively conveying design concepts, processes and decisions to various stakeholders. 
  • A strong track record of being able to evangelize & advocate for design. 
  • Experience designing data management systems and enterprise use cases is a plus.
