What you'll be doing: 

Reporting to the Product Design Manager, the Product Designer will play a pivotal role in crafting solutions and experiences that our users love. 

You’ll be making a direct impact on product success, contributing to the vision of [our platform] user experience. You’ll be challenged to visualize solutions across our portfolio of enterprise features in a complex and unique problem space. You’ll empower our users by thinking critically, making key design decisions, and bringing these concepts to life. You can expect to be involved in the following ways: 

  • Collaborating closely with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, and other Product Designers to deliver compelling and creative solutions for complex challenges. 
  • Being involved in each step of the product design process, from UX research, drafting wireframes, to building high-fidelity prototyped solutions. 
  • Using strategic design thinking to deliver user-centered designs informed by user testing and research, creating rich user experiences with the goal of solving multi-faceted business problems. 
  • Engaging in the end-to-end product development cycle from discovery of user opportunities to the execution, validation, and handoff of design solutions, design reviews, and the development and measuring of success metric benchmarks. 
  • Building on Forma’s design system foundation and shaping the evolution of core product offerings. 
  • Working in a highly iterative and collaborative way—working with a variety of technical and business teams to discover and design elegant solutions. 

 What We’re Looking for:

  • Experience in product design or related role with experience working across an entire product development lifecycle. 
  • Ability to facilitate user testing, user interviews, and UX research initiatives. 
  • A proven track record in creating compelling user experiences for enterprise applications applying user research and discovery techniques. 
  • A self-motivated creative with a passion for using design to elevate experiences across any medium. 
  • The ability to effectively and clearly articulate design decisions and process to a variety of stakeholders. 
  • A positive attitude, open mind, and a desire to collaborate and solve complex problems. 
  • Experience with building beautiful intuitive interfaces that utilize design libraries, using design prototyping and collaboration tools.
  • Background with designing data management systems and other enterprise tools is a plus.
