The Role:

In this role you will be managing the ForgeRock enterprise business applications, Architecture and business application team. You will be working with multiple business stakeholders including Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Customer support to collect, clarify and translate business requirements into POC design from which solution & technical designs are developed and implemented. You will drive and manage projects end to end by defining tasks, planning, configurations, gap analysis, and development customizations to meet the needs of business users, taking into consideration functionality, costs, time-to-implement, compliance and IPO readiness for a company that does business globally.

You should have extensive experience with Salesforce administration and development, CPQ Configurations, object-oriented programming experience, REST & SOPA API development, data analytics , and APEX scripting. You’ll have the opportunity to best enable our business applications by making our systems/processes more efficient, reduce manual, low-value work, and enable the company to run better, make better decisions, and ultimately be more profitable.

You should also have extensive knowledge from lead to cash & RevRec processes.



  • Own and Manage the ForgeRock Business applications overall architecture, processes, and integrations including but NOT limited to Salesforce sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ , Gainsight, Linkedin Navigator, ShowPad, Intacct, Jitterbit, DiscoverOrg, RevSysm, SAP Ariba and Concur.
  • Establish and implement best practices and proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts with regards to Salesforce & CPQ development, system maintenance, API’s, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Lead implementations with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy.
  • Lead solution design and code review sessions with developers.
  • Continually improve our use of Salesforce & CPQ including automating processes, identifying areas for improvement, and enabling the sales organization for hyper growth.
  • Document current business systems architecture with detailed process flows and system control.
  • Define the target state systems architecture for Business Systems to meet the needs of a growing global business
  • Analyze business requirements and lead the architecture, design and implementation of highly scalable and flexible business applications using modern best-of-breed technologies
  • Evangelize the architecture with senior management, business stakeholders, development and deployment teams.
  • Mentor, support, and enable the business applications team.
  • Work with business stakeholders to collect requirements via interaction design sessions, business process descriptions, cases, scenarios, data analysis, and task workflow analysis.
  • Work closely with third-party software providers, stakeholders and consultants to find the right solutions for solving business problems and enhance existing CPQ installation.
  • Provide production support as needed and take the lead to resolve critical business issues.
  • Coordinate Biweekly change control management and processes with all the stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate Salesforce & CPQ functionalities to business users and integrations to other Applications like Intacct, Jitterbit, RevSym and SaaS & PaaS applications
  • Manage all system vendors and negotiate all vendor contracts. Management of vendors include fully understanding vendor roadmap and ensuring our vision of systems are aligned to each vendor to the fullest extent possible
  • Proactively communicate project opportunities and risks to upper management.
  • Solid analytical and project management skills.
  • Design and implement proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and business flows.
  • Accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with the business teams.
  • Ability to work with other technology teams in order to facilitate the interface between all the business.
  • Be the subject matter expert for business application team. Track industry trends, attend conferences and provide thought leadership and innovation in this domain.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Science in related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in using Salesforce.
  • Minimum 2+ years hands on experience in using salesforce CPQ.
  • Minimum 6+ Years in hands-on salesforce Development including Apex, Visual Force pages, SOQL , Triggers and REST & SOAP API development.
  • Minimum 2+ years hands on experience in using salesforce lightning.
  • Working Experience with middleware (like Jitterbit/Mulesoft/Boomi) and integrating with systems (like Intacct, RevSym, Administrate)
  • Proven ability to design, develop and integrate business processes across disparate systems from lead to cash & RevRec.
  • Working knowledge of MVC architecture.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously and manage customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, and budgetary parameters.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in CRM related functional modules: Lead management, Opportunity management, Quoting, Renewal, Forecasting, Commissions processing, Master data management, Sales force reporting, Analytics, Geo hierarchies, Territory management, contracts, assets and renewal process.
  • Working Experience with middleware (like Jitterbit/Mulesoft/Boomi) and integrating with systems (like Intacct, RevSym, Administrate)
  • Salesforce certifications – Salesforce Developer, Application Architect , CPQ
