The Role:
 
As a Forge Trust Client Services Representative (CSR) you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You must be able to answer questions about types of accounts, account opening process, account funding, investment process, required distributions and other services offered by Forge Trust.
 
Our CSR’s are BOLD, ACCOUNTABLE AND HUMBLE. They are genuinely excited to help clients. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. We want our CSR’s to put themselves in our client’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving also comes naturally to our CSR’s. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they do not have enough information to resolve client inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, fax and web-chats.
  • Identify and assess client’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, process client requests and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Take the extra mile to engage clients

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience
  • Proven customer support experience or direct experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Knowledge and understanding of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts and qualified plans
  • Retirement Account experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to jump in and make a difference in a very short period of time
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time in an office setting while working
  • Must be able to work onsite at our South Dakota office post COVID restrictions
Client Services Representative – starting at $16.82 per hour- full time regular non-exempt role (eligible for overtime pay) 
 
This position is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
 
• Hours 10:30 am to 7:00 pm- Monday-Friday
