The Role: 

Our fast-paced, innovative, inclusive and fun-loving People Team is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer to join us and make an immediate impact by helping build our team and ensuring a stellar candidate experience. Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with and support Recruiting by coordinating all phone interviews, on-site interviews, candidate travel, and pre & post feedback sessions 
  • Responsible for ATS Administration (Greenhouse) 
  • Actively move candidates through our pipeline  
  • Reporting: You love analytics and reporting  
  • Sourcing: Manage multiple pipelines for a variety of positions (Engineering, Sales, Business Development, Product, Legal, etc.) and expedite the process by reviewing incoming applications 
  • Leverage our sourcing platforms: LinkedIn, Hired, Indeed, Stack Overflow etc  
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions on Forge’s site and across all job boards 
  • Act as an ambassador for Forge by providing the ultimate candidate experience and serve as point of contact 
  • Guide candidates through virtual or on-site interviews (once we return to office), ensure interviews run smoothly, and represent Forge’s culture and values of Bold, Accountable, and Humble
  • Assist People and Recruiting teams with misc administrative tasks and projects 

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years experience in a Recruiting Coordination or Sourcing role required
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems – Greenhouse preferred 
  • Prior experience coordinating/calendaring and managing a complex process 
  • Analytical mindset. You like to dive into reporting and pipeline metrics 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate for developing and driving a phenomenal candidate experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional “glass half full” and service-oriented attitude
  • A sense of urgency paired with a strong ability to prioritize multiple timelines and demands
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality 

Nice to have:

  • Find creative strategies to identify and source top talent across all teams and levels within our growing organization 
  • DE&I sourcing experience  
  • Background in a high-growth / start-up environment 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
