We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment. This role will be a full-time position, and will cover for the Director of PMM while on maternity leave. This role will be responsible for a range of key functions, from overseeing NPS strategies to leading GTM initiatives, all while working cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams. Full-time Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Mastery: Become a subject matter expert on Forethought’s platform and products, understanding the intricacies of AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing/Understanding.
  • NPS Strategy and Improvement: Own the collection strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement of NPS metrics.
  • Leadership in GTM Meetings: Lead GTM meetings to keep the entire organization informed about weekly feature releases.
  • Product Webinars: Manage the planning and execution of monthly product webinars, including content creation, topic selection, and promotions.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with marketing teams to produce high-quality GTM collateral that aligns with company KPIs, including ads, event support, and content.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Maintain and update battle cards, provide market insights, and support the sales team by keeping them informed and prepared for calls.
  • Sales Enablement: Support our sales teams with well-articulated case studies, competitive intelligence, pitch decks, and partner enablement content.
  • Customer Marketing: Manage in-app and notification campaigns. 

Short-term Responsibilities: 

  • GTM Planning and Management: Temporarily oversee GTM planning in collaboration with GTM leadership, ensuring project management, task execution, and internal communications are effectively handled.
  • Pricing Strategy: Lead pricing decisions during the maternity leave period, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Product Insights Panel and Beta Program: Assist in building a product insights panel and manage the beta program, gathering feedback and ensuring smooth rollouts.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Support ongoing projects related to positioning and messaging, providing continuity and strategic guidance during the maternity leave period.
  • Customer and Market Insights: Catalog and leverage insights to better understand our users and represent the voice of the customer.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Marketing or a closely-related role in B2B software as a service, Experience with AI and multiple product lines a plus.
  • Strong Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across the organization and position themselves as a leader.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven experience working as a liaison between marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups.
  • Trust Building: Ability to build trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage and execute projects within set timelines.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable and comfortable with shifting timelines and startup dynamics.

Preferred Experience:

  • A strong background in product marketing, with close interaction with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience in high-paced, startup environments is highly preferred.
