Force Therapeutics is a SaaS, digital therapeutics platform that is helping the most progressive hospitals and providers better manage and control what happens outside the four-walls of the traditional healthcare system. The Data & Research team at Force supports our clients, hospitals and surgeons. We help care teams understand the data we generate in our platform for research and ultimately, care delivery and redesign.
We are hiring a detail-oriented Research Associate (Clinical Trials) to super-charge the efforts of this team. This Research Associate will have the opportunity to develop and expand our research outputs across all of our partner hospitals, as well as pharmaceutical and medtech clients, and will work closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

As a Research Associate, you will have the opportunity to help build on our research efforts and understand how research works at a healthcare tech company.
Collaborate with our in-house Research team, and external research teams to support the development and execution of investigator initiated studies and clinical trials.
Conduct literature reviews and market research for internal insights and knowledge sharing across the company.
Run monthly client research meetings to drive new research projects and present study updates.
Coordinate multi-center studies with leading researchers across the U.S.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Generate data reports and deliver findings to key stakeholders on the progress of research projects.
Compile and conduct data analyses to support conference submission, presentations, and/or manuscript publications.
Must have experience supporting clinical research trials, especially in regards to regulatory and data integrity
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in science, statistics, analytics, allied healthcare)
At least 1-2 years experience in research (preferably in an academic setting) , or similar relevant experience
Passion to work within a HealthTech setting
New York location is preferred, but open to remote (US based only)
Nice to have:
Prior experience with statistical softwares (R, SAS, SPSS etc.) and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or other coding experience
