Force is a content-driven platform that assists patients recovering from injury. Force creates clinical content that speaks to a number of different personas in healthcare - providers, patients, hospital executives, and other key stakeholders. 

We're looking for a Content Manager to lead our content function. You are productive, creative, and entrepreneurial and are excited to help build out this expanding team. You’ll work alongside Product Marketing and Clinical teams to create digestible, engaging, and helpful content for multiple stakeholders.

What You'll Do 

  • Work with leadership to create a strategic content vision 
  • Monitor the needs and inbound requests from client development, client success and product marketing teams to create and maintain an active and relevant presence
  • Create, maintain and monitor project plans, priorities, timelines and budget, and create SOWs for all projects
  • Devise and manage an effective content calendar to meet business objectives
  • Revamp our current library to ensure a consistent brand including voice, style and tone across all content pieces 
  • Be creative and bold, experiment with the latest and greatest tools to make our content the key differentiator in our industry
  • Coordinate and manage client, vendor, and partner relationships (including freelancers)
  • Manage and grow our content team 

 

What you'll need 

  • 5+ years experience in a content creation role, 2+ years managing people
  • Business acumen 
  • Required knowledge: Adobe Suite, strong copywriting skills, SEO & content analytics, design thinking, project management, and understanding of end-to-end creative processes
  • Comfortable working on small, all-hands-on-deck startup teams that will grow quickly and change rapidly
  • Industry connections or creative connections are a nice to have
