Forbes is seeking a highly-motivated Summer Intern to join our Integrated Marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in helping execute creative marketing strategies that align with content, audience engagement, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for media, marketing and narrative storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing team to create engaging marketing materials across digital, live event, print, newsletters and social platforms.
- Support collaboration and workflow initiatives across teams at Forbes including audience insights, content development and performance tracking.
- Help curate and surface the work of the Integrated Marketing team to the larger revenue organization.
- Assist in brand marketing efforts, demand generation initiatives and materials in positioning the Forbes brand and aesthetic.
- Help track campaign performance metrics and generate a resource that makes these findings readily accessible.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for content marketing proposals and programs.
- Assist in ForbesLive event marketing efforts including organizing photo selects and coordinating across teams to communicate the most pressing updates.
- Streamline proprietary research findings and thought starter concepts to create turnkey marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passion for content, media and digital storytelling.
The hourly rate for this role is $21.00 - $21.00
