We are seeking a personal injury Associate/ Senior Associate to join Enable Law as part of our Abuse Team in Exeter. What you'll do
We are passionate about providing our clients with a quality service which embodies the values that make us different, authentic, expert and supportive.
In this role, you will:-
- Have the opportunity to work on a full range of existing and new cases for the Abuse Team
- Represent a range of clients including individuals who have been affected by recent and non-recent abuse
- Deal with a variety of claims from social services failures to abuse by employees and individuals in private and in clinical settings
- Develop your own caseload, under supervision and with full support
- Be fully involved in a range of Business Development activities
- Work with the Partners and others within the wider team to develop the personal injury service and client base.
What we need
You will have:
- A minimum of 3 years pqe and with excellent proven technical knowledge and track record in personal injury law
- Experience of abuse claims is desired but not necessary
- A high level of organisation and initiative
- Experience of some business development and marketing activities and increasing the client base
- Excellent all round communication skills including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
