Who will you report to: Director Supply Chain & Procurement | End-2-End Coordination

Team: Strategic Purchasing
What can you expect to work on?
- You develop and maintain sustainable supplier management with key suppliers to ensure continuity and reliability of supply, regularly conducting performance reviews and closely collaborating to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- You are responsible for efficient organization of strategic sourcing, implementing best practices in procurement process, searching and evaluating new suppliers, managing contracts and building resilient Supply Chain.
- You develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings, conducting market analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
- You will manage the entire procurement process, from proposal preparation, price negotiation and contract signing.
- You lead projects in new product launches and renovating existing ones, advising internal stakeholders from a strategic purchasing perspective ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods.
- With your strong collaboration and communication skills you are the interface between Product Marketing, R&D, Quality, Commercial and Operations teams.
- You perform detailed analysis on i.a. purchasing spend, using data-driven insights to identify trends, implement cost-saving measures, inform and drive purchasing decisions and strategy development.
- You have experience in utilizing procurement software and tools to streamline processes and improve data and key supplier metrics visibility.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in similar role in strategic purchasing or procurement, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
- Strong negotiations and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with passion for delivery of a great experience for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams and levels of business.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- You have a very good knowledge of Excel, ERP systems and proficiency in procurement software.
- Highly motivated to work in a team with a drive for results.
- Business level fluency in English – fluency in German is a plus.
