About the role

Join our dynamic team at foodspring in Berlin as a Junior Product Marketing Manager, where you'll develop great innovation ideas, run E2E projects and set up activations around our core products in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of exciting projects that revolutionize health and nutrition.

What you can expect to work on: 

  • Responsibility for Portfolio Management
    • Execution of Category Strategy and vision.
    • Review of Category Performance and driving of actions.
    • Driving of Category optimization, delisting & lifecycle management.
  • Bringing the Innovation Agenda to Life
    • Executing and co-creating the innovation Strategy per category incl. innovation roadmap.
    • Leading of E2E innovation process (from idea to shelf).
  • Driving of Activation Framework
    • Building and driving of activation framework for respective category.
    • Developing a clear messaging framework per category & product.
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Using data-driven insights to inform product marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborating with other functions in an agile and operational way: sales, marketing, research and development, market research and insights, commercial planning and regulatory affairs.
  • Being part of cross-functional project teams, leading relevant workstreams.

 

What you bring:

  • 1-2 years' product/portfolio/commercial marketing experience, ideally in fast moving consumer goods business. DtoC is a PLUS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable if not all processes are set in stone and are excited to drive to set a mark.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership of projects.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication in English, and German (nice to have).
  • The role is Berlin based and we operate at 50% time in the office weekly.
