Overall Brief 

As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for regular performance monitoring, reporting, and testing to generate data driven insights that optimize foodspring’s CRM (Email, Push, and other channels) efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring we’re targeting the right users, tracking them across multiple channels/tactics, and deriving insights to improve strategy and socialize learnings. Help us drive foodspring’s data driven culture forward and push us to the next level for customer engagement!

Your Role 

  • You’ll identify different customer profiles to improve retention and reactivation across multiple channels and maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Work with the Identification of key trends and criteria that influence customer behavior like consumption and loyalty.

  • Create and perform standard post-campaign analysis reports and insights, custom store level reports and dashboards with recommendations for future initiatives to improve ROI.

  • Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis

  • Be prepared for any spontaneous initiation of any analysis that can generate customer insight or operational projects to add value to the customer relationship

  • Analyze market, competitor, and consumer research to support strategy refinement

Your Profile 

  • You have a degree in Market Research, Mathematics, statistics, or a similar field

  • You bring with you 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role - optimizing, analyzing and reporting on consumer engagement marketing programs.

  • You combine both analytical and creative skills.

  • You are very data-driven, and can design new analyses, converting them into business decisions, campaign optimizations and valuable insights.

  • You are familiar with loyalty, retention programs and the customer life cycle concept

  • You have a result driven, communicative personality with attention to detail.

  • You are business fluent in English. Any other language is a plus (especially German, Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch)

  • Experience in Excel, Tableau is a plus.
