Duties and Responsibilities
- Owns the foodpanda employee IT experience in-country, ensuring that SLAs and CSAT targets are constantly met.
- Coordinates training and orientation for new employees to enable them to become productive upon onboarding
- Ensures all users are equipped with the most effective company technology and Internet connectivity, and continually assesses needs and requirements based on Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) global/regional standards, guidelines and policies.
- Organises support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks
- Works with Regional and Global InfoSec teams on promoting IT security awareness in-country, and taking appropriate steps to address security breaches, if necessary
- Establishes relationships with technology and equipment vendors
- Manages a team of IT support staff, including education, training and career development
- Advises human resources colleagues on staffing needs and participates in the hiring and training process
- Manages departmental budget and tracks spending on equipment and staff
- Develops and maintains continuity plans to address local business continuity
- Has a thorough understanding of local culture and is active in seeking how technology enables the business to go faster
- Project Management experience with office builds and end to end infrastructure implementations to help expand the business across the country
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience with networks, firewalls, and desktop computing/management technologies
- A self-driven leader with proven capabilities in managing and leading a team
- Great Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Exhibit skills in solving complex problems spanning across multiple functions
- An individual who pays attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and still meet goals and OKRs set by regional and global HQs.
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Thai National preferred, with the ability to write and communicate in English
