Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end to end talent acquisition and recruitment process; including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
- Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various recruitment channels and tools
- Be proactive in managing your own pipeline and prioritization of tasks
- Manage and provide consultation to various level of stakeholders
- In charge of creating the employee agreements
- Support all onboarding and offboarding process of employees
- Initiate and execute process improvements and standardizations within foodpanda HR
- Take initiative to organize employee database
- Support on recruitment marketing / employer branding initiatives
- Support ad-hoc project when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related field
- Thai national only**
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment / HR
- Experiences in hiring executive or senior positions are advantageous
- A strong interest in HR is a must
- Experience working in a corporate environment is a plus
- Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter
- Strong organizational skills with proactive personality
- Thai National only, with fluency in written & verbal communication skills in English
