Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with identifying growth areas and perform analyses for data-driven strategy recommendations from large and complex sets of data
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend solutions across the complex range of vendor-related operations
  • Conduct tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and to measure effectiveness of proposed improvements
  • Transform big data sets into visualisations to help yourself and the team make the right decisions
  • Be a steward of good data practices - robust documentation, versioning, play booking, processes, and knowledge sharing
  • Support ad-hoc data requests

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative subject (computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, science)
  • 1-3 years working experience in an technical/analytical role
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Good numerical reasoning skills
  • Open minded, strong sense of curiosity, eagerness to learn, drive to challenge status quo
  • Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and SQL
  • Experience with data visualisation and programming tools is a plus (Tableau, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Python, R, VBA)
