Job Description 

  •  Extract insights from the large volumes of data and come up with new strategies to mitigate/stop fraudulent activities for Thailand market
  • Perform analysis to understand Risk / Fraud behaviors, and contribute to the recommendations to fraud detection features 
  • Work independently on fraud analytics, and the analysis of large datasets to ensure appropriate feedback is given to the as-is fraud model.
  • Build and maintain fraud rules in response to evolving fraud behaviors
  • Identify gaps in current systems, policies and strategies, and recommend enhancements and process improvements to mitigate emerging fraud risks through a collaborative approach with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with CX teams, regional Fraud team, and other stakeholders to ensure that fraud prevention is structured with good balance ensuring best customer experience 
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, data science and engineering to monitor, detect, assess and defend risks and threats to the platform
  • Recommend changes to risk policies and guidelines

Qualification 

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role such as product analytics, business analytics, business operations, or data science
  • Risk/Fraud/Payments experience
  • 3+ years of SQL experience
  • Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical modeling a plus
  • Strong communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
  • Creative problem solving, strong critical thinking, and a get things done mentality
  • Hands-on and attentive to detail
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work in a self-guided manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills
  • Native Thai and fluent English
