Responsibilities:

● Lead the decision-making and innovation in the domain of demand generation incentivized initiatives and pricing across the country
● Take ownership of budgeting and target setting process, to drive sustainable growth
across the region
● Forecast and develop plans to drive and optimize topline KPIs through lifetime cycle
optimization, retention, frequency and value creation drivers
● Identify opportunities and manage the portfolio of investment in our cities based on the
ever-changing competitive landscape and emerging opportunities
● Develop growth strategies for new business functions and new verticals
● Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across regional, local and global
teams to understand business challenges and opportunities. Recommend solutions
across the complex range of products and processes
● Collaborate closely with commercial and logistics departments to balance demand and
supply in the marketplace


Requirements:

● 4-7 years of experience in a strategy / top-tier consultancy
● 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or a platform-based tech start-up
● BA/BS from a top-tier university with outstanding academic achievements, preferably in
Business, Finance or other qualified achievement
● Highly analytical and structured thinking with love for numbers and problem-solving,
strong ability to think creatively and out of the box
● Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail
● Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritize, and work independently in a fast
paced environment
● Strong interpersonal and communications skills are crucial
