foodpanda is looking for a Strategic Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The Strategic Account Coordinator will work with Strategic Account Managers to drive growth for our high-value partner portfolio through close business relationships, value-creation, and operational and marketing excellence. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Accounts, ideal candidates should possess quick learning abilities, strong communication skills, a high degree of comfort with software systems and a keen eye for details. Experience and knowledge of Sales support are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Represent top-performing restaurants within foodpanda, while supporting the Strategic Accounts team on internal and external communication and management
  • Assist Strategic Account Managers on day-to-day operations such as Salesforce management, presentation preparation, menu management and supporting ground operations
  • Regularly communicate with internal departments to collect and consolidate team and project requirements
  • As we operate in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment, ad-hoc support will be needed based on the business needs of the day


Job Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of experience in a Sales support role
  • Strong communication skills
  • An execution mindset to drive tasks quickly and effectively
  • Detail-oriented and unafraid to ask questions when clarification is needed
