We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Senior Manager, Industry - Non CPG, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) to join our fast-growing regional headquarters based in KL or Singapore as a regional individual contributor. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Industry vertical, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) team; you'll help to provide integrated, cross-platform advertising and marketing solutions to foodpanda’s customers in this brand-focused sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish regional (APAC) relationships across the Non CPG industry in better understanding their larger business objectives and challenges. Understand and solve customer problems and influence partner budget planning.
  • Accountable for contributing to the non-commission revenue agenda significantly (eg. Panda Ads), new users to foodpanda and other solutions in APAC from the CPG Industry, as a result
  • Being an industry expert in establishing, managing and scaling a consultative sales motion for non CPG clients such as automotive, consumer internet, retail and other exciting partnerships outside of CPG clients
  • Thought leadership in hiring, mentoring, coaching and establishing the NonCPG Industry experts practice across our APAC markets
  • Work with the other strategic partnership teams to identify new opportunities as well as to build operating priorities and partnership strategies

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred but not required
  • 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media. 
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management (Internal and external) is critical to be successful in this role
