We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to join our team and reinvent food delivery with us. If you’re a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in Singapore!  

Your mission:

  • You will be a key person on the team owning one of the core product solutions for our Global Contact Center that will be used in eventually all Contact Centers (>20 locations) - Omnichannel module.  
  • You will be responsible for aligning business, operations, and technology teams to form the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • You will be an advocate for simplicity, usability, and user-centric design in every product discussion
  • You will be a mastermind of a lot of core logics that are affecting thousands and thousands of peoples everyday

Your heroic skills:

  • You hold a university degree in either business, computer science or natural science studies or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have 3+ years of product management or comparable working experience preferably on the service (SaaS) and B2B products side.
  • You have experience in managing and driving product definition and improvement in KPI metrics, fostering strong partnership with teams across the company, and advocating on behalf of customers.
  • You are curious, not afraid of challenging the status quo and pay attention to detail.
  • You understand the technical architecture of web applications.
  • You are structured and know how to organize and prioritize you and your teams work
  • You understand how to scale systems.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Prior experience in Contact Center industry is a plus.
