We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Head, Traffic & Findability (APAC) to join our fast-growing regional headquarters based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Regional Content function, leading the Traffic & Findability team who is responsible for improving how our customers discover food on the platform. This can happen in a variety of ways - customers who know what they want can use intent-based features such as search; however, some customers may need a bit of help from foodpanda to guide them in the right direction via other features on our platform.

To support these customers, our team is looking for a qualified person to define and drive a comprehensive strategy for guided discovery, establish operational processes, and coordinate end-to-end execution to ensure efficient traffic allocation and conversion in various guided discovery features including our Homescreen, Swimlanes (theme-based horizontal carousels on our restaurant page) and Organic List (endless scroll of ranked restaurants).

Key responsibilities:

  • Establishing a framework for analyzing patterns in the discovery stage of the customer journey
  • Identify deficiencies in existing functionalities and identify opportunities for new functionalities to drive a more robust discovery experience
  • Work with stakeholders across disciplines including Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Commercial, etc. to define and execute strategies
  • Define KPIs to measure the inputs and outputs of your work

 Key requirements:

  • 7+ years working experience
  • Education in business, economics, computer science or related field
  • Experience in or exposure to product management, user experience, AI/ML concepts
  • Strong understanding of business concepts, data analysis and data structures.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographic locations. Good understanding of Southeast Asia e-commerce markets
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders across seniority levels, functional areas, cultures, locations, etc.
  • Deep sense of ownership - willing to get your hands dirty when needed
  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
