Our mission:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the product organisation that builds and scales the digital experience enjoyed by millions of consumers in 20+ markets across APAC and Europe (and as diverse as Sweden, Pakistan & Taiwan!). Our users can do a lot on our platform - order food delivery, buy groceries, find dine-in deals, discover new ad offerings from our partners, play games in our loyalty program (and more!) - and our goal is to make all this as delightful, personalised and seamless an experience as possible! 

The mandate of the Product Analytics team is simple & threefold, i) reliably and effectively track user behaviour at scale (talking terabytes of data here!), ii) enable a data-informed decision making culture (self-serve analytics, metrics & measurement strategy, controlled experimentation), and iii) drive generative research that informs & prioritises our product feature backlog. 

The product organisation is primarily split between Berlin and Singapore. This particular role is based in Singapore.

Your mission:

  • Take ownership of the metrics and measurement strategy for your squad
    • Define the metrics-that-matter for your sections of the user experience
    • Own the tracking definition and ongoing reliability of user behavioural data 
    • Build curated layers and and a self-serve analytics ecosystem for your squad
  • Champion a better experience for the users of the experience your squad delivers
    • Be the voice of the user with the insights you generate from understanding their behaviour
    • Collectively shape & prioritise the squad’s feature backlog through quantitative input
    • Own the squad’s experimentation strategy and backlog (A/B/n, MAB, quasi-experiments etc.) and push for quantifiable improvements in UX
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the wider Product Analytics team through knowledge shares, workflow optimisations, hiring, onboarding of talent etc.

Your heroic skills:

  • 3+ years experience in the Analytics space in rapidly growing and dynamic environments - ideally with a broad mission scope or several stakeholders
  • You love to learn, are a critical thinker and creative problem solver who strives for excellence.
  • Love engaging people across the company with your enthusiasm for making positive change.
  • Solid experience in Analytics and Data Collection tools - e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe, Webtrekk, MixPanel, SnowPlow, Piwik, etc
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
