We are looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Analyst/ Manager, APAC to join us in scaling our platform, to digitalise businesses in Asia, uplift rider livelihoods and build a hyper-convenient platform for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.


The candidate shall be working closely with the Regional Commercial team in managing the day to day commercial operations for the vertical. To be successful in this role, the candidate will be detail-oriented and able to create processes for large scale projects, identify bottlenecks in the processes, outline key areas for improvement etc. The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment, by creating/implementing processes and raising the bar on efficiency. The role requires strategic thinking, process/project management, problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.


  • Detailed process mapping and execution across the in-market commercial teams 
  • Play a proactive role in defining the business’ needs - collect, organize and analyze data from a variety of sources to assist with growth/refinement of the business vertical
  • Deliver key analyses and insights on current/future location performance and growth to include analyses on vendor partners, pre and post sales support and identify opportunity of optimization within the region
  • To create processes to improve sales processes and performance in areas such as sales efficiency, pipeline management, business performance, etc. 
  • To coordinate with Sales and Account Management teams over their performance and highlighting the gaps and opportunities such as training, salesforce management, etc.



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience in Project Management and Business Operations
  • Has an acute sense of responsibility, able to work independently and can take full ownership of projects
  • You have at least 4+ years of work experience in a similar role
  • You are process-oriented, detail oriented and data-driven
  • You have experience working across regional commercial teams in APAC
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google equivalents, data management skills is a bonus
  • Your have good understanding of consumer internet and e-commerce sectors
  • You are driven and ambitious. You are very proactive and could lead independent projects.
  • You have the ability to quickly identify bottlenecks and build processes to improve efficiency 
  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred.
  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
