However this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people making it happen! We are looking for an experienced business analyst to join our analytics team under New Verticals to help Foodpanda make smart, data-driven business decisions. You will drive data analytics that will directly inform strategic decisions for the commercial and operations team under New Verticals.

What's on your menu:

  • Work with key business stakeholders to lead a customer-centric data framework and analytics to deliver insights, reports, visualization, analysis and predictive models to solve important business problems and optimize growth opportunities in the fastest growing vertical in foodpanda
  • Be passionate about working with big data to perform deep analytical dives into consumer data, and to define, implement and monitor business KPIs
  • Freedom to explore new possibilities and unearth knowledge within the data to identify trends, key indicators, patterns and insights to boost customer retention and grow CLTV
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize, implement and analyzes A/B and multi-variate tests, as well as communicate results and provide recommendations for improving marketing efficiencies

 

What you bring to the table:

  • 4-6 years experience in customer/ consumer analytics
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong business mindset and ability to grasp business requirements from stakeholders
  • Champion of data and visualization with strong presentation and story-telling skills
  • Ability to write clean, structured, and high performance SQL codes (preferable BigQuery) and experienced with BI Tools (Tableau, Data Studio)
  • Knowledge with Data Warehouse technologies, Python or R, is a plus
  • Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus
