We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and implement fresh ideas to help achieve our goals. We are hiring a rockstar leader to be based in Klang Valley. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing management strategies in the Shops Vertical (non-food) Account Management function. As a Team Lead, you will collaborate with different external and internal stakeholders to drive growth of key accounts and develop strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Tasked with the ownership and care of a team of Key Account Managers and Account Managers, you will be expected to support:
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key brand accounts to plan product assortment, pricing, promotions, and campaigns on foodpanda, with the aim of achieving sales targets.
  • Analyzing and presenting weekly performance metrics to management, actively participating in weekly and monthly business reviews with partners.
  • Collaborating with brands to plan monthly promotional calendars, collecting feedback, and leading post-campaign performance reviews.
  • Negotiating with partners to secure resources and drive account growth.
  • Keeping a close eye on competitors promotional campaigns and reacting quickly.
  • Developing an understanding of market dynamics, identifying trends, and supporting the team in developing strategies to grow foodpanda shops sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or other relevant fields of study.
  • 6 years+ of work experience within a client management role preferably including e-commerce experience
  • Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of retail, F&B and e-commerce
  • A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, and a team player with a willingness to learn
  • A proficient communicator with experience in presenting to high-level executives
  • Experience leading a team is a must
  • Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Team player with good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to write and communicate in English persuasively. Ability to speak in other languages a plus
