About the Job
Our In Restaurant Solutions team is fully responsible for the growth and operations of our new table ordering vertical. The brand of this solution is Tabsquare, and the product is QR table ordering solution with AI analytics. This vertical solution allows restaurants to increase sales automatically & optimize their operations & automate menu engineering, upsell, cross-sell, analytics. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur and will be reporting to In-Resto Solution Lead.

What will you be doing?

  • You will sell the Tabsquare SaaS product to F&B restaurant owners across Klang Valley & other states of Malaysia
  • Identify, plan, and manage your own sales pipeline to achieve the target
  • Manage your restaurant vendor accounts where necessary any other adhoc task required

Who are we looking for?

  • Enrolled in or completed diploma/degree in any field
  • 5 years+ sales experience in B2B or B2B2C software/SaaS for F&B industry
  • Able to demonstrate the ability of problem-solving / solution selling
  • Strong sales track record is a plus
  • Experienced in F&B operations / F&B industry is a must
  • Ability to sell to both SME / Enterprise clients
  • Native/Fluent in common languages of English & Malay. Mandarin language is a plus
  • High interpersonal skills; Able to converse & coordinate effectively with different stakeholders
  • Positive attitude, collaborative, fast-learner, strong in execution and a great team player
  • Have vehicle to travel
