However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people making it happen! We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Shop to join our Shops vertical growing team in Cambodia! Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly driven and hungry to succeed. You get things done, you question everything and you like to play in a team. This role will be based in Cambodia and will report to the Head of Shops.



What's on your menu?

 

  • Manage the team: scale the team according to the growing portfolio of brands with foodpanda, manage incentive schemes for Account Management, onboard new joiners, identify growth areas for your direct reportees and provide guidance for them to achieve it.
  • Act as the main contact person for our top vendors, identify and attack problem areas and build a strong loyalty between foodpanda and the restaurant owners.
  • Negotiate deals, exclusivity, implement branding, sell packaging, to improve foodpanda's visibility and develop their online takeaway orders.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve vendor’s performance and solve problems
  • Offer new services, premium access, renegotiate commission to support revenue stream
  • Build reports and target assessments on a timely basis and provide strategies to grow vendors
  • Report and communicate to Regional team on commercial projects and others
  • Be accountable for personal targets and team targets being achieved in a timely manner.

 

What do you bring to the table?

 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s  degree in business or related field
  • Prior proven experience and the passion in building/managing teams in a fast-paced environment is preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solver ability (experience with CRM tool is a plus)
  • Prior experience in cold-calling / sales / support sales are a plus
  • Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter
  • Khmer National only, with fluency in written & verbal communication skills in English and Khmer (ideally Chinese)
