However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people making it happen! We are currently looking for a Sales Onboarding Lead to join our growing team in Cambodia! Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly driven and hungry to succeed. You get things done, you question everything and you like to play in a team. This role will be based in Cambodia.

What's on your menu?

  • Manage and coach Onboarding team to ensure they follow our SOP and set deadline;
  • Launch initiatives to strengthen and fine line onboarding / offboarding process by working with regional and local team;
  • Responsible for ensuring sales and cross department support is met through planning and managing resources in accordance with business needs and changes in a prompt manner;
  • Setting and meeting performance targets for speed / efficiency and quality;
  • In charge of preparing/updating onboarding materials and when needed provide face-to-face/call training to vendors as requested by Sales and Key Account Management Team and Partner Service to vendors on "how to sell on foodpanda”
  • Responsible for POS device order, POS device delivery to vendors and device collection from vendors in a timely manner through rigid recording system and record keeping
    • Liaise with Finance team on payment to partners and agents through proper record keeping
    • Ensure vendor onboarding process is done in a timely manner
    • Monitor third party agencies - delivery company and sim card provider - on the quality and performance of their services, and make appropriate recommendations to management for changes or improvements
  • Regular performance reporting
  • Any other adhoc tasks as requested by your manager

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's/Master’s Degree  in Business Administration/Management/Operation or equivalent.
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in an operational and/or e-commerce firm
  • Beyond your operational skills, you are strong at structuring and in analytics with a good eye for detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents, and a keen eye for data
  • Excellent communication - able to iterate ideas and solutions to the various stakeholders
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Growth mindset
  • Excellent English complete your profile with Chinese is a plus
