What we’re looking for
We are looking for a seasoned UI Designer with proven experience leading enterprise design projects from start-to-finish. You will be proficient in workflows, usability tests and wireframes, and have a track record of consistently delivering on multiple workstreams. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will take on design responsibilities while helping to envision, define and design the future of our platform.

What you will be doing
You will be responsible for full-life-cycle design of products & features including flow, mockups, implementation, user testing. 
•    Help create and manage the Focal System product roadmap
•    Assist in user testing and reporting user feedback
•    Ensure features and bugs are reported and prioritized
•    Assist in keeping JIRA and product charters up to date and maintained
•    Assist in running scrums and check-ins

What you need to be successful
You will have full-life-cycle UI experience at a high-growth, impactful company (startup experience preferred) and know how to interface cross-functionally, in small teams and towards big goals.
•    Bachelor’s degree in related field
•    8+ years of corporate experience with 3+ years experience designing UIs
•    Professional portfolio highlighting relevant UI experience 
•    Experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma, XD etc.)
•    Experience and knowledge of engineering tools and processes (Jira, release processes, etc.)
•    Startup mentality, team player and willing to work 40+ hours a week
