Estamos procurando um Media Consultant para se juntar à nossa equipe de mídia na América Latina e se tornar um membro forte do projeto de Enterprise Execution. O Media Consultant atenderá uma carteira de clientes otimizando as campanhas publicitárias de marcas e vendedores dentro do ambiente de marketplace. 

Principais responsabilidades 

  • Será responsável por construir, gerenciar e desenvolver relacionamentos com os nossos clientes com foco em negócios a longo prazo, gerenciando, otimizando a compra e melhoria de anúncios nos Marketplaces; 
  • Gerenciar as principais métricas que alimentam os objetivos da equipe em relação à retenção, crescimento e defesa de marca. 
  • Apresentar de forma articulada análises perspicaz e baseadas em dados do desempenho da campanha de nossos clientes durante análises de contas e sessões de planejamento estratégico; 
  • Trabalhar e colaborar com diversos grupos de equipes internas multifuncionais, como equipes de produto, comercial, marketing e engenharia para criar soluções escaláveis.

Habilidades necessárias 

  • Experiência anterior trabalhando em marketplaces, empresa de marketing/publicidade; 
  • Experiência comprovada de gestão de orçamento de mídia; 
  • Experiência em gerenciamento e atendimento de grandes contas; 
  • Desejável conhecimento de “retail media” incluindo produtos, marcas patrocinadas e DSP; 
  • Perfil analítico, utiliza dados em todas as suas tomadas de decisão; 
  • Incríveis habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal; 
  • Especialista em construir relacionamentos com clientes e partes interessadas;

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
 
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
