Success at Flywheel Ventures requires a self-starter who can take a nascent product and service and driving consistent performance.
We’re looking for an Account Executive to drive sales on TikTok Shop and Walmart Marketplace. This role requires a proven track record of sales success within a fast-growing business, the ability to work collaboratively with Product, Customer Success and Management and the drive to measure your success based on tangible results.
We are looking for someone to be hybrid (3x a week) at one of our West Coast offices (San Francisco or Seattle preferred).
This position is commission eligible.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for revenue growth for Flywheel Ventures globally
- Manage complex sales-cycles from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of current market trends and client needs, you will be an expert in what we do and how we do it, to solve clients’ problems and enable them to achieve agreed-upon metrics.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process with the ability to engage executives at different levels of the organization
- End-to-End Business Planning: Ability to build and defend through proof points, and strong storyboards in delivery of our capabilities and service offerings in support of client needs.
- Manage accurate lead, pipeline and forecast reporting on a regular basis
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product marketing to create join demand generation strategies and potential use cases to engage prospective clients
- Work cross functionally with our Client Services and Product teams
- Have a pulse and opinion on industry news, translating macro trends into tailored recommendations and actions for clients
This is a global role that works closely with our APAC team, some meetings may be scheduled later to accommodate time zones (as needed).
Who You Are:
- Proven sales experience selling SaaS products to SMB or Enterprise customers in an emerging market
- Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-Level leadership or senior executives
- Highly motivated hunter mentality and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute projects with quality
- Strong communicator, naturally curious, and genuinely cares about client outcomes
- Comfortable in analyzing dashboards and utilizing spreadsheets with mastery of basic excel formulas and pivot tables to extract and clearly communicate insights from murky data
- Sense of ownership complemented by strong organization and project management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel globally, as needed
