Nesta função, você apoiara indústrias lideres de segmento de FMCG na sua estratégia de execução em e-commerce. Flywheel permite monitorar e entregar dados dos principais e-commerces da América Latina e do mundo, permitindo auditar e acompanhar os principais KPIs dos times comerciais das indústrias. Desta forma, terá a oportunidade de aprender de diferentes categorias e industrias sobre sua estratégia e suas execuções.

O que você irá realizar:

  • Realizar análises baseadas nos dados fornecidos pela nossa plataforma, com objetivo de trazer pontos de atenção e/ou melhorias no desempenho dos clientes.
  • Rotina semanal para analisar os dados dos clientes na plataforma a fim de buscar oportunidades e inconsistências proativamente.
  • Client-facing, desenvolvendo um bom relacionamento com os clientes da sua carteira.
  • Definir, colaborar e executar relatórios contínuos com base em rotinas e solicitações.
  • Reportar e dar prosseguimento com os times internos das demandas do cliente, acompanhando-as, validando até o final do processo, mantendo o cliente comunicado e atualizado constantemente.
  • Apoiar e manter o catálogo de produtos atualizado de acordo com a necessidade de cada região.
  • Suportar os clientes na compreensão e manuseio da plataforma Digital Shelf Plus.
  • Suportar o gerente com demandas diversas relacionadas ao cliente.

Quem é você:

  • Deve-se importar realmente pela dor do cliente, e ter interesse em resolvê-lo;
  • Analítico, inquisitivo e curioso, com atenção aos detalhes;
  • Cheio de energia e engajado;
  • Espanhol no mínimo intermediário;
  • Conhecimento avançado de Excel e Power Point;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita para apresentações e comunicação com os clientes;
  • Capacidade de interagir de forma colaborativa com diversos grupos;
  • Experiencia em e-commerce é desejável;
  • Experiência em análise de dados.

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
 
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
