Opportunity
The Omnichannel Display Specialist will be creating, monitoring, and tracking online full-funnel marketing campaigns on omnichannel platforms, focusing on channelling consumers through the marketing funnel. You will be leading full-funnel marketing strategies, with a focus on setting goals and KPIs against branding andawareness efforts, using high impact mediums like STV, OLV, & Twitch to deliver for our clients. You will successfully be able to manage small to mid size clients independently and lead day to day client engagement around e-commerce media performance and strategy. You will drive the client calls and monitor campaign activity against approved budgets. You will also support large complex clients with a Omnichannel Display Manager, helping build, monitor, and optimize media activations and provide reporting insights to clients.
The ultimate goal for this role is to provide best-in-class service while helping to grow our client’s business and promote the value and philosophies Flywheel brings.
What you'll do:
- Campaign Creation: Developing campaign strategy and launching advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients
- Campaign Management: Utilising Flywheel's proprietary technology to drive the ongoing optimization of the advertising campaigns and drive towards the client's KPIs
- Campaign Reporting: Developing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights for our clients
- Strategic Consulting: Serving as an on-call consultant to dig into every Omnichannel challenge via emails, calls, in-person meetings, and reports for our clients
Who you are:
- College Degree or Relevant Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in digital sales or media, especially on Trade Desk on either the brand, retailer, or agency side is a plus
- High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritise and execute projects with quality
- Comfortable in analysing dashboards and utilising spreadsheets with mastery of basic excel formulas and pivot tables to extract and clearly communicate insights from murky data
- Bias for action with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile to persist and get the job done
- Solution oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity and figuring out solutions and processes to complex problems
- Sense of ownership complemented by strong organisation and project management skills to meet deadlines
- Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the entire team in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate internally with colleagues and externally with clients
- Programmatic advertising experience with TTD, Google, Amazon DSP, Facebook Ads Manager, LiveRamp, or any other DSP console is a plus
