Flight Itinerary (About The Role)
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical for the marketing team and is focused on building out and executing strategic integrated plan to drive revenue growth and branding within the hospitality industry. Strong alignment and collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as building strong relationships with key partners is important to the success of this role.
What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)
Build and execute a marketing plan for the hospitality industry to include direct marketing, events, digital programs, etc. to deliver on OKRs and goals.
Manage and develop relationships with our partners, our partner key contacts and marketing teams.
Work with key partners to develop new partnership releases, co-branded content, case studies and other related materials.
Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing programs to include emails, co managing events, partner co-marketing programs, digital campaigns, and more.
What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)
Prior B2B marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality and travel space.
Experience with partner marketing or demand generation and events.
Skills in reporting, analyzing data and uncovering ways to optimize performance.
Knowledge and experience executing modern marketing channels, including but not limited to events, conferences, webinars, email, direct mail and digital advertising.
Understanding of channel management, partner business, partner business models, digital transformation business drivers, ecosystem and sales drivers, emerging IT trends and their impact on the partner ecosystem
Experienced in planning, strategic thinking, business savvy, execution excellence, detail-oriented
Creative thinker who is adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adding new ideas.
Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
This position may require occasional travel as required by your role or requested by your manager.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience and is as follows:
$101,000—$156,000 USD
