The FLYR Hospitality team is looking for an Integrations Manager who will be involved in shaping our connectivity strategy to help the industry capture the $100+ billion revenue leakage generated by manual, opinion-based, and reactive commercial decision making processes.
You will spearhead our integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless and reliable connectivity to unlock the full potential of our AI-first solution. You will thereby be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of our global customers contributing directly to our revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Expanding our integrations suite to accommodate 10x our current customer base.
- Managing the integration process of our technology with third-party hospitality platforms for efficient operations and excellent customer service (PMS, CRS, CM and other third-party data providers).
- Working with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and priorities.
- Collaborating with our integration development partners to define and maintain integration roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Coordinating with external partners for technical specifications and resources needed for integration projects.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for live integrations, addressing customer inquiries and helping to resolve technical challenges.
- Documenting integration functionality and practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Keeping updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in software integrations management or related technical roles (particularly within the hospitality tech industry).
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders skills.
- Expertise in adapting to changing business requirements and navigating ambiguity.
