FLYR Hospitality team is looking for a Product Manager who will be involved in shaping the strategy and overseeing the execution to address the industry's challenge of capturing over $100 billion in revenue leakage resulting from manual, opinion-based, and reactive commercial decision-making processes.
We are revolutionizing the hospitality industry with FLYR’s hospitality commercial operating system that puts the power of machine learning and the latest data science in the hands of hospitality revenue managers, enabling them to enhance revenue performance through accurate forecasting, automation, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Taking complete ownership of a significant portion of the product, its delivery, and associated success metrics
- Developing and defining the product roadmap for the product
- Facilitating communication with our sales, marketing, and advisory team to ensure that the delivery of your product drives the highest possible impact
- Helping build the product organization from where we are today to something that can support 5-10x of our current customer portfolio
- Helping to identify new opportunities for growth as we are scaling our product & sales
Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry or a background in revenue management within the hospitality sector, transitioning into Product Management
- Enjoy collaborating in cross-functional teams, recognizing the vital roles of developers, designers, and customer success in ensuring the company's success
- Strong interest in understanding customer needs and feel comfortable leading discovery processes to validate proposed investments
- Confidently leading the product development lifecycle from concept through to delivery, measurement, and iterative development while running initiatives
- Experience building B2B SaaS platform products in a high-growth scale-up and are comfortable dealing with data and analytics to build impactful products
