Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

As the product marketing manager assigned to one of our three airline product suites, you will help us answer three key questions: Who is our customer, why should they select us, and how can we reach them?
Sitting in our customer lifecycle between awareness and signed contract, you should demonstrate the ability to target named roles in key accounts in order to warm the sales cycle ahead of a pitch or first-contact event.

We are a customer-centric and product-focused data science organization. We value ownership, technical excellence, bias towards action and delivering results to our customers. We are looking for highly passionate and capable team mates who are force multipliers.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

  • Hands-on ownership of various go-to-market materials. This encompasses creating sales materials, gathering client testimonials, and designing engaging booth experiences to ensure high quality, clear, and engaging messaging. Ensuring they are aligned with the product and company goals. Typical deliverables will include:
    • Product naming hierarchy and conventions
    • Sales materials
    • Video demos
    • Innovative, in-person demo materials for use in conference booths.
  • You should also expect to play a role in the product management process itself. Our team of specialist product managers will look to you to inject industry insights into their long term planning process, helping them to understand ICP motivations and competitive opportunities. You should help them step outside of the airline industry to understand cutting edge capabilities and macro trends from related products in other verticals.
  • Our $50bn industry is dominated by legacy incumbents with low customer satisfaction. You will generate high-quality, disruptive, and authoritative work which accelerates change on a global scale.

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • 8+ years in Product Marketing in a related field or product, or 3+ years with a background in product management. Your experience should include significant time spent with high value, enterprise scale products which have long consideration cycles.
  • Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of an enterprise product's value proposition and the ability to effectively communicate this to the marketplace.
  • Proficiency in identifying and understanding the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and conveying this information to sales and marketing teams to enhance their efforts.
  • Capability to grasp the nuances of a broad, technical, and sometimes commoditized product landscape.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and their implementation.
  • Ownership and thorough knowledge of a suite of products within a larger ecosystem, including an understanding of how these contribute to the overall company proposition.
  • Skilled in bridging connections between different ICPs and product suites, facilitating a coherent marketing strategy.
  • Ability to inform product development priorities based on comprehensive market research and insights.
  • Experience working directly with customers to develop impactful case studies that highlight the product's value.
  • Involvement in supporting large target accounts, working closely with sales teams to preemptively address ICP motivations.
  • Expertise in distilling complex features into clear, compelling product propositions that resonate with the target audience.
  • Experience in development of key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proven track record in marketing enterprise-level, API-centric products with understanding of the challenges associated with longer sales cycles.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
