In the role of Product Designer, you'll play a critical role in evolving our design playbook - from strategy and customer journey, to wireframes, mockups, and prototypes - enhancing the user's experience across the entire Fluxx product suite. In partnership with the Design team and the broader Product team, the Product Designer will run effective cross-functional design sprints involving Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering. You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, and be responsible for providing design leadership along the way. You will use all kinds of data to understand where you are properly challenged by a varied range of products for web and mobile applications, and other initiatives playing a role in your professional development.


  • Partner with Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering to identify requirements, use-cases, and intended behavior within the Fluxx product suite
  • Use research, user testing and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs
  • Reach simple solutions for complex design problems by creating personas, user flows, and case studies in order to delight our users and mission
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle to iterate on and deliver a user experience that meets the high quality bar
  • Develop and maintain design documentation including specifications, redlines, and style guides
  • Prototype designs into interactive prototypes, demonstrating usage cross-platform
  • Make use of product analytics to segment and continuously improve the user experience
  • Regularly present your work to senior leaders for review and feedback


  • 5+ years' experience taking complex or loosely defined problems and distilling them into simple and engaging experiences for web and mobile
  • Mastery of visual design principles such as color theory, composition, balance, and dedication to designing aesthetically appealing designs people love to use
  • Experience taking ownership of solutions from ideation to high-fidelity and product launch
  • Proficiency designing for iOS, Android and responsive web design, alongside a working understanding of HTML5 & CSS3
  • Strong communication and presentation skills that allow you to communicate and defend complex design ideas clearly and persuasively, influencing peers and leaders along the way
  • Deep knowledge of modern UI/UX patterns and best practices across platforms
  • A portfolio demonstrating your passion for simple, intuitive, and beautiful user-centered designs
