Sales Operation team plays a critical role in supporting the growth of our company to scale and driving Flo’s B2B Sales performance. The Sales Enablement Manager will help ensure the Flo’s B2B Sales team members have the correct skills, tools, and processes needed to achieve and exceed revenue goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Create lead-to-cash workflows in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teams
  • Develop and maintain the Sales playbook, methodologies and other materials related to Sales Enablement, and drive their adoption
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy & consistency
  • Build and maintain CRM reporting/dashboards, adjust them based on business needs
  • Be a go-to person for any questions related to CRM data management and workflows setup, contact databases, and other Sales tools
  • Drive interaction and feedback between Sales Operations and Sales teams
  • Be a key player in delivering enablement sessions with the Sales team on how to effectively utilize Flo’s Sales Methodology/Processes
  • Drive initiatives related to the Sales team development & training

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in these areas
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (data maintenance, building workflows, reporting set up, etc.) — preferably, Hubspot
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Strong documentation skills 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and eagerness to work in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow in Sales Enablement domain
  • Being a team player
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English (B2+)
