Every day we run, control, and optimize dozens of campaigns to deliver Flo’s message and acquire new users according to set goals.
- Creation of graphic visuals for the promotion on social and advertising networks (Facebook, Google, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.);
- Work on creating design elements for various purposes: paid marketing, product, presentations, web, social media, etc.;
- Research, generate, and implement fresh new design ideas to increase performance;
- Working across multiple project deadlines.
- General experience in the graphic design field of at least 2 years;
- Experience in the marketing design field of at least 1 year;
- Experience in preparing marketing materials for advertising networks;
- Experience of working with UA;
- A portfolio is required;
- Ability to work with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects (preferably);
- Possession of the basics of composition and color science, understanding of the latest trends in design and promotion;
- Good communication skills, the ability to both hear others and convey your thoughts efficiently;
- Good prioritizations skills;
- Advantage: Knowledge of basic UX/UI processes and their role in website design.
