The Finance Team not only supports and governs Flo’s day-to-day operations, but are also truly commercial business partners and advisors to our stakeholders. We coordinate planning, track, analyse and bring a high level of visibility to the table to drive Flo’s success.

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our FP&A team at a really exciting time for Flo as we look to grow. In this role you will be responsible for developing Flo’s revenue model and to business partner our Marketing / UA function.

What you will be doing:

  • Monthly forecasting of revenue and marketing costs, providing in-depth analysis of performance and movement drivers,
  • Own, develop and maintain complex revenue model and implement future changes from commercial and product developments, 
  • Business partner the Marketing and UA function, supporting the decision making as we scale,
  • LTV growth modelling and analysis, closely driving the interaction with user acquisition to develop the LTV flywheel,
  • Continuously develop and interpret our commercial KPIs with Data Analyst, looking for ways to improve the data feed,
  • Cohort analysis and prediction,
  • Prepare presentation materials for monthly business review,
  • Manage feasible timetables with internal finance stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and outputs,
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA),
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial FP&A role,
  • B2C experience, ideally subscription-based,
  • LTV & CAC analytics and knowhow,
  • Advanced/experienced user in Excel and Google Sheets,
  • Highly competent in robust model building,
  • Experience with cohort modelling and analysis - must be able to demonstrate,
  • Strong analytical skills in data and insight analysis,
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across different cultures,
  • Passion for working in a mission-driven business,
  • Calm under pressure and well organised when managing simultaneous tasks,
  • Confident communicator to financial and non-financially minded stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to all SaaS metrics,
  • Headcount modelling,
  • Widely used planning tools such as Hyperion / Adaptive etc.
