The Role

Are you a self-motivated and established sales professional that wants to make money selling an innovative technology while also solving crime? Flock is looking to add an Enterprise Account Executive to our growing Commercial sales team. 

The Skillset

  • 5+ years of technology/SaaS sales experience and 3 years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record and consistent attainment of $1M+ ARR/year
  • Consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation
  • Experience working closely with other teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product, Project Management, Mid-Market Sales)

90 Days at Flock

We are a results-oriented culture and believe job descriptions are a thing of the past. We prescribe to 90 day plans and believe that good days, lead to good weeks, which lead to good months. This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired as a Enterprise Account Executive Flock Safety. 

The First 30 Days

  • The first week focuses on high-level onboarding, including joining the company, setting up technology, and initiating impactful actions. In the second week, activities could include attending team offsite events, mastering platform use cases, and finalizing account lists. By the third week, you should be actively managing accounts and participating in internal meetings and events. The fourth week emphasizes prospecting and preparing for upcoming events while ensuring control over owned accounts.

The First 60 Days 

  • In the next 60 days, the focus is on strengthening internal relationships and operational efficiency, with objectives including driving relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, optimizing the forecasting process, and maximizing engagement. 

90 Days & Beyond 

  • In the next 90 days, key objectives include closing the first significant deal and advancing projects and conversations with target accounts. Clarifying sales resources and defining specific objectives for both individual and internal team support is crucial. 

The Interview Process 

We want our interview process to be a true reflection of our culture: transparent and collaborative. Throughout the interview process, your recruiter will guide you through the next steps and ensure you feel prepared every step of the way. 

  1. Our First Chat: During this first conversation, you’ll meet with a recruiter to chat through your background, what you could bring to Flock, what you are looking for in your next role, and who we are. 
  2. The Hiring Manager Interview: You will meet with your potential future boss to really dive into the role, the team, expectations, and what success means at Flock. This is your chance to really nerd out with someone in your field. 
  3. The Panel: Meet with team members and learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values
  4. The Technical Assessment: Our technical assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job. This will entail a mock discovery call along with a review of a deal you have won. Our recruiter will inform you more about the assessment you will be assigned and ensure you are fully prepared for your big day. 
  5. The Executive Review: A chance to meet an executive and view Flock from a different lens. Be prepared to ask well-thought-out questions about the company, culture, and more.

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a base salary of $150,000 and an OTE of $380,000-$390,000 as well as stock options.
