The Role

Flock Safety is looking to hire a Director, Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on our largest Law Enforcement customers & prospects. 

A successful leader will be comfortable: building and maintaining senior level relationships, navigating across customer agencies and procurement processes, working with executives across Flock Safety to solve cross functional challenges, as well consistently achieving our goals as we scale.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share across Major Accounts.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth.
  • Hire, coach and train Enterprise AEs with the goal of maximizing revenue, customer satisfaction and employee.
  • Develop successful cross-functional partnerships across the organization (including: Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc).

We’re looking for people who:

  • 5+ years as a successful Enterprise sales rep, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years successfully managing and leading a sales team.
  • Experience selling to public sector clients (Law Enforcement agencies preferred)
  • Data-driven and analytical approach to building pipeline.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (CRM).
  • Proven ability to be a "peer leader"
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • Energized by solving customer's problems- e.g. consultative sales approach
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment
  • Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings across technical and non-technical audiences

The Law Enforcement “Major Accounts” Team is a team of our most senior Enterprise sales professionals. They are responsible for serving our largest, most complex, and important accounts. The team has been incredibly successful to date, exceeding 100% of their quarterly target every quarter in 2022, and we’re looking for the leader who can take this team to the next level and support our next phase of growth.

  • In this role, every full-time employee receives equity (stock options) in the company and a salary range of $145,000 - $175,000 commensurate with experience.
