The Role

Flock Safety is looking to hire a Sales Manager, this Manager will lead a team of Community Safety Territory Representatives (AE’s). 

In this role, you will work collaboratively across the organization (technology, customer success, operations, product, etc) to ensure Flock’s products continue to be the best tool to solve crime for our clients and in turn increase ARR for our organization. A successful Manager should be a hands-on leader with strong interpersonal skills:  Driving personal and individual contributor accountability, effective engagement and communication (group and individual level), problem-solving, and optimism.

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Consistently drive performance in areas such as: ARR bookings, Pipeline Generation, and SFDC administration
  • Able to effectively lead weekly forecast meetings
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • Energized by solving customer's problems- e.g. consultative sales approach
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment
  • Comfortable monitoring and tracking activity of your sales team
  • Have a strong drive for Results
  • Comfortable lead remote employees

 

We’re looking for people who:

  • 3+ years as a successful sales rep, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years sales leadership experience preferably in a SaaS environment
