About the Role

Flock is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Outbound Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with rental property owners, identifying potential investment opportunities, and fostering relationships. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, persuasive, and possesses a genuine interest in real estate. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

What you’ll do:

  • Outbound: Initiate outbound calls to landlords using provided leads to discuss potential real estate investment opportunities.
  • Qualify Leads: Conduct thorough conversations to understand the landlord's situation, assess their needs, and evaluate the potential for a mutually beneficial investment.
  • Record Information: Accurately document lead interactions, details of conversations, and any relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with Team: Collaborate with team members and schedule appointments with Senior Real Estate.

About you:

  • Previous Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools for remote work is a plus.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate, property values, and investment concepts is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and find creative solutions.
  • Ethical Conduct: Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
