  • You are analytical and data-driven, with a probing mind to achieve penetrating insights
  • You are flexible and adaptable and thrive in a startup environment, which ultimately comes with shifting priorities at lightning speed
  • You are a builder of consensus and have the data up your sleeve to back your story

What you need:

  • Experience in process design, optimization and direct implementation across marketing, sales, and account management
  • Ability to be hands-on while effectively influencing other teams and resources
  • Deep knowledge and extensive experience with our tools and tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach or other Sales Engagement tool, ZoomInfo, Showpad, 6sense)
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize and iteratively implement high value add tools and processes within our sales technology stack, driven by highest ROI improvements
  • Proven track record of establishing efficient sales processes in Salesforce that enable data capture and increase desired business outcomes (leveraging both standard objects like Opportunities, Activities, etc, and creating custom objects to streamline workflows)

  • Intimate knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, quota setting, outbound prospecting, pricing, contracting, RFPs, proposals, and reporting/analytics
  • Working experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, etc. Bonus points for Mode and Sigma.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
